This town-centre landmark is an amalgamation of historic buildings dating from the 15th and 18th centuries, known as The Royal Hop Pole. Wehave 28 individual bedrooms. All of our rooms are ensuite and include tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, digital flat screen television and complimentary water as well as FREE Wi-Fi beingreadily available in the bar area.(Free Wfi is being introduced to the bedrooms very soon!) Our beautiful garden leads to thebanks of the river Severn where you can see picturesque views of thesurrounding countryside and the Malvern's. The traditional medieval town of Tewkesbury has huge amounts to offer including the impressive Abbey,local boat trips, gift shops and local events which continually run throughout the year. Including the famous Tewkesbury Medieval Festivaland the Horse Racing at Cheltenham only a short 10min drive we are an ideal location.We are an English Heritage hotel and the detail inside reflects this, with a previously undiscovered Medieval Hall upstairs, as well asbeautiful fireplace within the pub restaurant. Breakfast is served 7am until 12 noon providing an excellent selection for the start of the day (not included in rate), food is served till 10pm each evening.

Tewkesbury is in Gloucestershire, on the northwestern edge of the Cotswolds, within easy access from junction 9 of the M5 motorway.Follow the A438 Ashchurch Road into Tewkesbury and on to the A38 ChurchStreet and we are just up the road from the Tourist Information Centre, on the right hand side.
